By creating an account or using storiestops.com (“Services”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. The Services are provided by StorieStops (“we”, “us”) and govern your access to features like purchase history and saved payment methods.

2. Account Eligibility

To register:

• You must be at least 18 years old (or 16+ with parental consent)
• Provide accurate information during registration
• Maintain one account per email address
  You’re responsible for all account activity and safeguarding login credentials.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for illegal activities or harassment
• Share obscene, violent, or discriminatory content
• Circumvent security measures or use automated scraping tools
• Violate intellectual property rights
  We may suspend accounts for violations .

4. Purchases & Payments

• Prices are displayed in local currency (including VAT but excluding shipping/duties)
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to errors, suspected fraud, or inventory issues
• Payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Klarna (region-dependent) 

5. Content Ownership

• You retain rights to user-generated content but grant us a global license to display it
• All site content (logos, text, designs) is our property and protected by copyright laws 

6. Service Modifications

We may:

• Update these Terms periodically (changes effective upon posting)
• Limit features based on region or technical requirements
• Discontinue services without prior notice 

7. Limitation of Liability

We’re not liable for:

• Indirect damages (e.g., lost profits)
• Third-party content or linked services
• Service interruptions beyond our control 

8. Governing Law

Disputes are governed by Swedish law, except where local consumer protection laws apply .
